H’Artistan Cafe (Better than Windsor Bun Run)
Difficulty: 3 out of 5 avocados 🥑🥑🥑
Level Required: Novice - the route is flat, but it's long
Best time to do - All year round
With winter around the corner, there aren’t many routes you can do if you’re based in London. Apart from the usual Regent’s Park laps, Richmond Park, Box Hill, and the Windsor Bun Run, there aren’t many options you can actually enjoy with the shorter days and wet country lanes (which will probably give you a puncture).
Luckily, Nick from H’artistan shared this amazing route with me - and it’s perfect for spicing things up during the winter months! It’s a 120km, very flat loop starting from Richmond, with H’artistan as the halfway café stop to refuel before heading back.
Honestly, if you’re bored of the Windsor Castle ride, this is a route worth trying.
