Jil Tomaschko has spent a decade working in marketing, partnerships and events across cycling and motorsport. She co-runs a women's cycling group in Cologne built for riders who want to push hard without the ego that often comes with it. She Said I'd Be Fine
There is a specific kind of vulnerability in arriving somewhere alone. Scanning the room, wondering if it shows that you do not quite know where to be.
